The work Mountainlandscape, Serie I, Nr. 1, 2011 by Christian Peltenburg-Brechneff was auctioned at Sothebys in Zurich in December 2017. The result of CHF 10,000.00 (€ 8,541.84) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of CHF 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Mountainlandscape, Serie I, Nr. 1, 2011 is the most expensive artwork by Christian Peltenburg-Brechneff that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Mountainlandscape, Serie I, Nr. 1, 2011 von Christian Peltenburg-Brechneff kam im Dezember 2017 bei Sothebys in Zürich zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von CHF 10.000,00 (€ 8.541,84) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von CHF 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Mountainlandscape, Serie I, Nr. 1, 2011 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Christian Peltenburg-Brechneff, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
