It achieved a price of HKD 236,000.00 (€ 26,573.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Other works by Chou Chu-Wang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 259,600.00 (€ 29,455.86) in March 2019 for the work Stones Islet — Waiting(Painted In 2019).
