This work without title by Chittaprosad Bhattacharya was sold in the A Lasting Engagement: The Jane and Kito de Boer Collection Online auction at Christies in New York in September 2020. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,400.41) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chittaprosad Bhattacharya - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in September 2020 for USD 30,000.00 (€ 25,601.64).
