The work Young Girl And Cow by Chen Yanning was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in October 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 180,000.00 (€ 20,022.51), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Yanning achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aureole in June 2014 with an auction result of CNY 2,596,000.00 (€ 305,679.47).

Die Arbeit Young Girl And Cow von Chen Yanning wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 180.000,00 (€ 20.022,51) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Yanning erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aureole im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 2.596.000,00 (€ 305.679,47).
