Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of HKD 12,750.00 (€ 1,384.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Shizeng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 137,500.00 (€ 123,185.81).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.750,00 (€ 1.384,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden.
