A top price for Chen Jialing - as previously expected
In December 2015 Sothebys in Beijing held the auction Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art, which included the work Flowers And Birds (Album Of Twelve Works) by Chen Jialing. It changed hands for a price of CNY 330,400.00 (€ 46,978.32) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of CNY 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Flowers And Birds (Album Of Twelve Works) is the most expensive artwork by Chen Jialing that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in Beijing die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flowers And Birds (Album Of Twelve Works) von Chen Jialing zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von CNY 330.400,00 (€ 46.978,32) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von CNY 250.000,00 – 350.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Flowers And Birds (Album Of Twelve Works) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Chen Jialing, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
