It changed hands for a price of GBP 456.00 (€ 669.92) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Walter Simpson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Flight Of The Wild Duck in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,274.96).
