Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 315,000.00 (€ 257,563.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles Sheeler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work White Sentinels in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 2,232,500.00 (€ 1,913,024.85).
