Admittedly, works by Charles James Adams have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cattle Warming Themselves On A Summer'S Day; And Wintertime, Cattle By A Fence (Illustrated) in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,801.21).
