In the Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer auction, the work Moran Point sold for USD 2,295.00 (€ 2,164.69) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles H. Pabst - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Gathering Storm, which sold at auction in April this year for USD 6,120.00 (€ 5,543.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 91 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Charles H. Pabst erzielte im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer wurde die Arbeit Moran Point für USD 2.295,00 (€ 2.164,69) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Charles H. Pabst mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Gathering Storm beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für USD 6.120,00 (€ 5.543,48) versteigert wurde.
