Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A woman, two children and a dog in a rocky river landscape by Charles Frederick Buckley was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2001. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 528.75 (€ 853.19) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Frederick Buckley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Great Exhibition, Crystal Palace, 1851 in November 2004 with an auction result of GBP 14,340.00 (€ 20,628.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A woman, two children and a dog in a rocky river landscape von Charles Frederick Buckley kam im März 2001 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
