Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work The Archer by Charles Edward Hallé for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,988.26). This price was achieved in the auction British and European Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Edward Hallé - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Luna, which sold at auction in December 2011 for GBP 46,850.00 (€ 56,109.49).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Archer von Charles Edward Hallé für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.988,26) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British and European Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Charles Edward Hallé mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Luna beobachtet, die im Dezember 2011 für GBP 46.850,00 (€ 56.109,49) versteigert wurde.
