Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Personnages - 1966 by Chaïbia Talal was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in December 2018. It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,300.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chaïbia Talal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Mariée, 1988 in December 2021 with an auction result of MAD 728,000.00 (€ 68,824.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Personnages - 1966 von Chaïbia Talal kam im Dezember 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 14.300,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chaïbia Talal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Mariée, 1988 im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von MAD 728.000,00 (€ 68.824,88).
