Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sulla Riva Del Lago by Cesare Gheduzzi was sold in the 19th Century Pictures auction at Christies in Rome in June 2006. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,860.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Cesare Gheduzzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 12,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sulla Riva Del Lago von Cesare Gheduzzi wurde im Juni 2006 in der Auktion 19th Century Pictures bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.860,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cesare Gheduzzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.250,00.
