Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A bustling Italian quayside; and A family before an Italian bay by Cesare Gheduzzi was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,729.86). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Cesare Gheduzzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure, which sold at auction in June 2001 for EUR 12,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A bustling Italian quayside; and A family before an Italian bay von Cesare Gheduzzi kam im Juli 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.729,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Cesare Gheduzzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure beobachtet, die im Juni 2001 für EUR 12.250,00 versteigert wurde.
