Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Campagna piemontese by Cesare Gheduzzi was auctioned at Il Ponte in June 2021, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cesare Gheduzzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 12,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Campagna piemontese von Cesare Gheduzzi im Juni 2021 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 700,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cesare Gheduzzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.250,00.
