Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Cesare Gheduzzi could be acquired at Sothebys in Milan in June 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti Antichi, Dipinti del Secolo XIX, Libri Antichi, Arredi, Giade, Oggetti d'Arte e la Collezione del Marchese Nicola Santangelo auction, the work Baite Ai Piedi Del Monte Rosa changed hands for EUR 3,750.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Cesare Gheduzzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure, which sold at auction in June 2001 for EUR 12,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cesare Gheduzzi konnte im Juni 2011 bei Sothebys in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti Antichi, Dipinti del Secolo XIX, Libri Antichi, Arredi, Giade, Oggetti d'Arte e la Collezione del Marchese Nicola Santangelo wechselte die Arbeit Baite Ai Piedi Del Monte Rosa für EUR 3.750,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Cesare Gheduzzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure beobachtet, die im Juni 2001 für EUR 12.250,00 versteigert wurde.
