Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2001 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work Lavandaia Tra I Caseggiati by Cesare Gheduzzi. The price achieved of EUR 1,347.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Cesare Gheduzzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 12,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2001 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lavandaia Tra I Caseggiati von Cesare Gheduzzi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.347,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cesare Gheduzzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sulla Spiaggia A Novi Ligure im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.250,00.
