Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition Néo-Plastique No. 5 O by César Domela was sold in the Impressionist/Modern Day Sale auction at Christies in London in June 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 300,000.00 – 500,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 301,875.00 (€ 352,342.19) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by César Domela have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2014 the work Dutch Composition Néoplastique was auctioned for GBP 422,500.00 (€ 531,199.15).

Die Arbeit Composition Néo-Plastique No. 5 O von César Domela wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Impressionist/Modern Day Sale bei Christies in London versteigert.
