Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Still life of white flowers by Cecil Kennedy was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,400.00 (€ 7,416.21). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecil Kennedy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Summer in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 80,750.00 (€ 127,998.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Still life of white flowers von Cecil Kennedy kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.400,00 (€ 7.416,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cecil Kennedy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Summer im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 80.750,00 (€ 127.998,69).
