It achieved a price of GBP 4,788.00 (€ 5,586.14), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carroll Dunham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Integrated Painting Seven in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 591,000.00 (€ 496,722.14).

Die Arbeit Study for Bather von Carroll Dunham kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.788,00 (€ 5.586,14) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carroll Dunham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Integrated Painting Seven im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 591.000,00 (€ 496.722,14).
