Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Paesaggio lacustre con figure, case e montagne sullo sfondo by Carlo Pizzi for EUR 600.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Pizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lake Garda; Lake Como in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 14,100.00 (€ 22,350.24).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paesaggio lacustre con figure, case e montagne sullo sfondo von Carlo Pizzi für EUR 600,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Pizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lake Garda; Lake Como im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 14.100,00 (€ 22.350,24).
