In December 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Barche A Vela Presso Il Porto by Carlo Follini. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,850.00 41% above the upper estimate. Other works by Carlo Follini have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 18,750.00 in June 2008 for the work Lo Stagno Nel Bosco.

Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Barche A Vela Presso Il Porto von Carlo Follini zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.850,00 und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Follini haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00 im Juni 2008 für die Arbeit Lo Stagno Nel Bosco beobachtet.
