A top price for Carlo Follini - as previously expected
The work Lo Stagno Nel Bosco by Carlo Follini was sold in the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in Milan in June 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 18,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 18,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Lo Stagno Nel Bosco is the most expensive artwork by Carlo Follini that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Lo Stagno Nel Bosco von Carlo Follini wurde im Juni 2008 in der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 18.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
