The work Dopo la mareggiata by Carlo Follini was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction at Il Ponte in November 2018. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,100.00 57% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Follini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lo Stagno Nel Bosco in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.

Die Arbeit Dopo la mareggiata von Carlo Follini wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.100,00 und damit 57% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Follini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lo Stagno Nel Bosco im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
