Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Khan'S Palace In Bakhchisarai by Carlo Bossoli was sold in the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction at Sothebys in London in November 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 95,867.01) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Carlo Bossoli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A panorama of Constantinople from Uskudar in December 2010 with an auction result of GBP 553,250.00 (€ 641,768.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Khan'S Palace In Bakhchisarai von Carlo Bossoli wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 95.867,01) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carlo Bossoli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A panorama of Constantinople from Uskudar im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 553.250,00 (€ 641.768,33).
