Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The interior of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem by Carl Haag was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2012. It changed hands for a price of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,469.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carl Haag have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Dome Of The Rock, Jerusalem in October 2019 with an auction result of GBP 71,250.00 (€ 82,644.89).

Die Arbeit The interior of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem von Carl Haag kam im November 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.469,30) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Haag auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Dome Of The Rock, Jerusalem im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 71.250,00 (€ 82.644,89).
