Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction The Orientalist Sale, which included the work The Coffee Service by Carl Haag. The price achieved of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 50,327.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Carl Haag have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2019 the work The Dome Of The Rock, Jerusalem was auctioned for GBP 71,250.00 (€ 82,644.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Orientalist Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Coffee Service von Carl Haag zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 50.327,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Carl Haag konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2019 die Arbeit The Dome Of The Rock, Jerusalem für GBP 71.250,00 (€ 82.644,89) versteigert.
