In April 2014 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work To Raise An Anonymous Mountain By One Meter by Cang Xin. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,650.32), 67% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Cang Xin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harmony of Nature and Human Series in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 29,295.74).

Im April 2014 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit To Raise An Anonymous Mountain By One Meter von Cang Xin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.650,32) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cang Xin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harmony of Nature and Human Series im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.400,00 (€ 29.295,74).
