Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Le Pont de breuil à Épinay by Camille Bombois. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,048.00 (€ 5,224.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Camille Bombois achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La blonde sur le pouf in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 122,500.00 (€ 147,039.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Pont de breuil à Épinay von Camille Bombois zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.048,00 (€ 5.224,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Camille Bombois erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La blonde sur le pouf im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 122.500,00 (€ 147.039,97).
