The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,053.00 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cameron Jamie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ohne Titel in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 22,500.00.

Die Arbeit Canned Laughs For The Crippled - 2006 von Cameron Jamie wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.053,00 und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cameron Jamie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ohne Titel im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.500,00.
