Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Caleb Hahne achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in April last year. In the New Now auction, the work Boy In Water sold for GBP 12,600.00 (€ 15,025.05) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Caleb Hahne; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Autumn sold at auction in March last year with the realized price of USD 32,760.00 (€ 29,532.14).

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Caleb Hahne; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Autumn im März letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 32.760,00 (€ 29.532,14).
