The work Landscape by Cai Jia was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. It achieved a price of HKD 253,000.00 (€ 24,008.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 69%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cai Jia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mountains and Rivers Without End in November 2017 with an auction result of HKD 24,100,000.00 (€ 2,594,730.21).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Cai Jia wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 253.000,00 (€ 24.008,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 69%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cai Jia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mountains and Rivers Without End im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.100.000,00 (€ 2.594.730,21).
