Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La modella by Cagnaccio di San Pietro was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. The price achieved of EUR 22,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cagnaccio di San Pietro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nudo in riva al mare / La rosa del mare in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 130,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La modella von Cagnaccio di San Pietro wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 22.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cagnaccio di San Pietro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nudo in riva al mare / La rosa del mare im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 130.000,00.
