Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Are Ye Going to Get Off, Or Do I Have to Kick You Off? by Brian Shields was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,120.00 (€ 5,932.97). Admittedly, works by Brian Shields have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Terraces And Mills in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,056.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Are Ye Going to Get Off, Or Do I Have to Kick You Off? von Brian Shields kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.120,00 (€ 5.932,97) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Brian Shields auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Terraces And Mills im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.056,90).
