Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2019 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Sunflowers by Boris Grigoriev. The price achieved of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,293.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Grigoriev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russianshepherd Of The Hills in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 3,722,500.00 (€ 2,932,487.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunflowers von Boris Grigoriev zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.293,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Grigoriev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russianshepherd Of The Hills im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.722.500,00 (€ 2.932.487,79).
