Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Erotic: Passion & Desire, which included the work 'Sara Kneeling', 1997 by Bob Carlos Clarke. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,046.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Bob Carlos Clarke have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2017 the work 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 was auctioned for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,092.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Erotic: Passion & Desire durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Sara Kneeling', 1997 von Bob Carlos Clarke zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.046,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Bob Carlos Clarke konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2017 die Arbeit 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.092,60) versteigert.
