It achieved a price of GBP 14,900.00 (€ 18,995.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 66%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Blanche Augustine Camus; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Les vendanges en Provence sold at auction in December 2003 with the realized price of GBP 19,975.00 (€ 28,291.97).
