Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Björn Persson could be acquired at Bonhams in London in July this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Photographs Now The Collector's Edition auction, the work Elephant Nation changed hands for USD 2,880.00 (€ 2,613.43) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Björn Persson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Eden, which sold at auction in July this year for USD 7,680.00 (€ 6,969.15).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Björn Persson konnte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Photographs Now The Collector's Edition wechselte die Arbeit Elephant Nation für USD 2.880,00 (€ 2.613,43) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Björn Persson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Eden beobachtet, die im Juli diesen Jahres für USD 7.680,00 (€ 6.969,15) versteigert wurde.
