Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 13,700.00 (€ 19,183.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A recumbent shepherd boy with a sleeping dog by his side, a wicker basket at his feet in December 2001 with an auction result of GBP 119,250.00 (€ 194,837.97).
