The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 152,500.00 (€ 112,264.43) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Bernardo Strozzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Supper At Emmaus in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 914,500.00 (€ 1,100,001.67).

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 152.500,00 (€ 112.264,43) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
