The work Orangina by Bernard Villemot was sold in the Vintage Posters Online auction at Bonhams in February this year. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,083.75 (€ 1,236.16), 55% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bernard Villemot - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bally, which sold at auction in November 2010 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,182.49).

Die Arbeit Orangina von Bernard Villemot wurde im Februar diesen Jahres in der Auktion Vintage Posters Online bei Bonhams versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.083,75 (€ 1.236,16) und damit 55% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bernard Villemot mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bally beobachtet, die im November 2010 für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.182,49) versteigert wurde.
