Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bally by Bernard Villemot was sold in the Vintage Posters Online auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,536.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bernard Villemot - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bally, which sold at auction in November 2010 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,182.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bally von Bernard Villemot wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Vintage Posters Online bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.536,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Bernard Villemot mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bally beobachtet, die im November 2010 für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.182,49) versteigert wurde.
