The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self-Portrait Aged 27 in December 2019 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 59,094.15).

Die Arbeit Portrait Of King George I (1660-1727) von Bernard Lens III kam im April 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.032,00 (€ 4.637,97) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bernard Lens III erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Self-Portrait Aged 27 im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 59.094,15).
