Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,386.78) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Benode Behari Mukherjee have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frying Fish in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 70,000.00 (€ 59,609.98).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.386,78) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
