In June 2001 Christies in London held the auction SPORTING ART & DOGS, which included the work Alannah, A Bay Racehorse In An Extensive Landscape; And A Roan Racehorse Before A Gate by Benjamin Cam Norton. Other works by Benjamin Cam Norton have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,322.90) in July 2008 for the work The polo pony 'Jessie' with stick and ball.
