Auction result well in line with expectations
The work When the Lights Go Out by Eine was auctioned at Phillips in New York in April 2009. It changed hands for a price of USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,831.47) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eine - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Love Will Keep Us Together, which sold at auction in November 2018 for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,049.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit When the Lights Go Out von Eine kam im April 2009 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.831,47) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Eine mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Love Will Keep Us Together beobachtet, die im November 2018 für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.049,81) versteigert wurde.
