Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,881.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Baya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November this year with an auction result of GBP 47,880.00 (€ 55,482.51).
