Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Holy Family by Bartolomeo Schedoni was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2018. The price achieved of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 76,593.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bartolomeo Schedoni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Saint John The Baptist In A Landscape in January 2014 with an auction result of USD 1,805,000.00 (€ 1,337,037.04).

Die Arbeit The Holy Family von Bartolomeo Schedoni kam im Dezember 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 76.593,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bartolomeo Schedoni erzielen.
