Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Day Sale, which included the work A Still Life Of Fruits Including Pears, Apricots, Cherries And Plums by Bartolomeo Bimbi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,674.38) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Bartolomeo Bimbi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2010 the work Gruppe von Früchten: Birnen, Aprikosen, Kirschen und Pflaumen. was auctioned for CHF 66,000.00 (€ 46,345.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Still Life Of Fruits Including Pears, Apricots, Cherries And Plums von Bartolomeo Bimbi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.674,38) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Bartolomeo Bimbi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2010 die Arbeit Gruppe von Früchten: Birnen, Aprikosen, Kirschen und Pflaumen. für CHF 66.000,00 (€ 46.345,41) versteigert.
